This form is for use by SPS employees who would like to submit information to be shared with SPS staff through SPS Weekly News. If you are not an SPS employee, but would like to share information with our staff, please email Kristy Mylroie.

  1. Decide whether your information should be placed in Administrator Updates or SPS Weekly News. Information should not be duplicated.
  2. Items for submission should be approved by your supervisor.
  3. The submission deadline is Tuesdays by noon to appear in Wednesday’s issue.
  4. Contact Kristy Mylroie either via email or at 354-7387 as soon as possible with cancellations or rescheduled events.
  5. After filling out the form select the "Submit" button. Please enter multiple notices/events one at a time.

Please upload any attachments here. Also, if you have special formatting (bullets, italics, etc.) in your submission, please attach a Word doc rather than filling out the text box.
